We had a old cloud supreme thicker mattress we lost in a hour fire. Even though this mattress is not as thick it still sleeps the same. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-pedic mattresses have historically been really my go to recommendation when folk ask, but this model seems to be slightly less than acceptable. The product is pretty firm compared to my two Clouds (just original foam and no springs). The four corners of the mattress didn't initially expand correctly and had to manipulate to free up the foam. Am hopeful to trying seeing if some tweaks will improve the experience vs having to ship back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress smells absolutely awful - like a strong blend of musty closet, and chemicals. Truly nauseating if you try to lay on it for more than a moment. It was purchased for my young son, but the smell was so bad that he couldn't sleep on it for a MONTH. We had reshuffle sleeping arrangements in my household, and leave the window open in his room, to air it out. After all that, the smell has finally calmed down enough for him to sleep on it, but it still has not completely gone away. I definitely regret this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older queen tempurpedic with a pillow top that I love! Needed a twin bed, so bought another tempurpedic. Still comfortable from a support persepctive, but I wake up hot. Need to find a pillow topper to help sleep a little cooler.

The unfurling and set-up were easy, and the mattress was ready to use in 24-48 hours. Many of the aches and pains I felt with my old mattress are gone, and I'm sleeping easily, soundly, and cooly.
