[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-Pedic for almost 30 years. I lost my 2 years old Tempur-Pedic mattress with hurricane Ian and replaced with the Cloud Medium. Usually I like firm mattress but I'm really enjoying this Medium one. Highly recommend.

Poor Quality

We purchased the bed due to it high rating for people with back pain. Over time the mattress began to break down and valley on both sides. We rotated the mattress and still developed valley's. Both my wife and I backs hurt when waking up in the morning. After spending this amount of money Im truly dissatisfied.

Best bed for my mother!

My mother is in her 80s and has mobility issues and chronic pain. This bed has made a tremendous difference in her quality of life. She sleeps through the night, can get in and out of bed on her own and has much less pain! Highly recommend!!

Comfortable sleep but poor quality control

This was a comfortable bed and provided a good nights sleep. However, I have serious concerns with the quality. This seems to stem from the mattress in a box design. It did not fully decompress, even after waiting 72 hours. This is most apparent on the corners and edges, leaving a malformed appearance. The top layer and middle layers do not line up and leaving a jagged shelf-like feel to the sides. It also has little to no edge support. If you get within 6 inches of the edge you start rolling off. I have real concerns with the longevity of this new foam. Overall a disappointing experience, especially since I was told by customer service that this is all within acceptable tolerances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After testing out my mom's Tempur-Pedic mattress, I came straight home and ordered one and I sure am glad I did! This is the most and best comfort that we've ever had on a mattress and have been getting much better sleep. I love the way it forms to your body and and bounces right back to it's original form. With our previous mattress, I couldn't wait to get out of it and now with our Tempur-Pedic, I try to stay in it as long as I can.
