First off I would just like note Tempur-Pedic has excellent customer service. I initially had my bedroom furniture in storage for almost 90days and hadn't noticed that I had ordered the wrong size mattress (king vs cal king) until I was setting up my bed. I called Tempur-Pedic customer service and they helped get my unopened mattress shipped back to them via UPS and the exchange mattress was delivered to me on the same day. I love my Tempur-Cloud and the pillows! Highly recommend and you can be reassured they will also provide you with a great client experience.

Temperpedic Bed is the best bed I ever had. I don't constantly wake up in the middle of the night anymore. Only disadvantage is sometimes waking up feeling hot and sweaty, So I found solution is only use sheets instead of blankets in Summer, or just have the air conditioning on a colder temperature. But I definitely love my Temperpedic Cloud Mattress Medium. I don't have any more back Aches. I sleep like a baby. I definitely recommend it.

This mattress is hard and does not really provide its namesake "cloud" type feeling. I do not sleep more comfortably with it than my old mattress and actually feel like I want to go back to it. I would send this mattress back but I don't feel like going through all of the comotion and red tape to do so.

I purchased my Tempur-Pedic "Cloud" model about 3 days ago and I'm not only shocked by the amazing soft feel of my new bed but I am amazed by how fast the shipping was on my product! I literally got my bed within 3 days of placing my order, I am the type of person that notices customer service quality during my business transactions and I was VERY pleased with the professional demeanor of Tempur-Pedic. Yup, thats what I call it. Its like sleeping on a marshmallow. This is my second Tempurpedic mattress and its just as exceptional as the first. I can sleep on my back, side, or stomach and be comfortable. I have lower back problems and this is the only mattress I am comfortable on. If you have back problems, do yourself a favor and get a Tempurpedic! Beware, you wont want to get out of bed!

Easy delivery and set up - can't get cats off the bed now!

The Tempur-Cloud mattress was mailed. The ease of delivery and set up was unbelievable! Took a week for the new smell to disapear. Very comfortable mattress, but the height is difficult for this 5'2" person. However, my cats think the mattress is so comfortable, it's hard to get them off the bed!
