[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress comes in a pretty simple bag to move around your home to its target location. Then upon unwrapping it it'll fall into place fairly quickly. The mattress probably takes a couple weeks to fully soften to where you want it to be, but that's to be expected with memory foam.

Nothing like my 20 yr old Tempurpedic. Any movement is felt across the bed. It fells alit softer than a medium firmness. Would probably be okay for a child.

It is soooo comfortable, and I love how it contours to my body. I am a side to stomach sleeper, while my hubby is a back sleeper. We are both very happy with it and will never stray from this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally decided to take the plunge and purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress. It has been about three weeks since set up and I am very pleased with the product. At first, it seemed a little to firm, but honestly, the first morning I woke up I did not want to get out of bed! The cloud medium if perfect for me, once you settle in, the mattress is firm where needed and allows for flex to provide a perfect night's sleep. In the three weeks I have been sleeping on it, my hip pain has just about disappeared, a huge plus indeed. The only thing that I would say is a con would be the mattress does shift on the foundation due to the material on both the mattress cover and that of the top of the foundation. As I opted for the 9-inch foundation this is a drawback, a very small one though. I would recommend this mattress and foundation without hesitation, great products.

Called tempurpedic to voice my displeasure! They over night rd my new mattress! No hassles! Mattress is all I expected and more good firm and cool to the feel!
