[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed it self was quite heavy when delivered but once we got it placed where we wanted it it was a snap to get it unpackaged and assembled. I have very bad sciatic pain which is the reason we purchased a new bed and I haven't had a flare up once since we started sleeping on the new bed. The delivery was the worst part. This bed is quite expensive and I didn't receive one notification about it being shipped and it was left on our front porch without any type of notification from the company. Very disappointed in that.

Pros: -quick delivery -great quality of material -sleeping better (back and side sleeper) -don't want to get out of bed -not too hot -not heavy(while in it's packaged state) -no chemical smell Cons: -a medium is actually firm -did not receive a delivery email, had to contact customer support for the tracking number

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our Tempur-Cloud and within a few hours it was sheeted and being slept on. I allowed it a few hours to "air out" but the smell was actually minimal. It is a great mattress. We love it! It is more firm than medium but that is really what we love about it. The support is fantastic. A truly comfortable night's sleep. This our second Tempurpedic mattress in our house. We appreciate these mattresses.

I have a bad back from years of nursing. First night was absolutely magical. The mattress follows every curve of your body in a "cloud" of support. I will never sleep on another mattress but a Tempur-pedic in my home. Best money ever spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a medium hybrid adapt. As a side sleeper just couldn't get it to adapt. The new cloud is perfect. Slightly soft with foam layers that adjust to a perfect support. No more hip or shoulder pointers. For long time Tempur-Pedic fans, the Cloud Medium is very similar to the original feel and support. Sleeps slightly warm but not enough to be a problem. With arthritis it actually feels good to have joints stay warm. Highly recommend.

The only downside to our new mattress is that the edges don't provide as much support as the inner mattress. I feel like I am going to roll off if I get too close.
