My Tempur-Cloud is so silent, my tossing and turning (side sleeper/back sleeper) doesn't disturb my wife...she is allowed to snooze without a shake. My Tempur-Cloud is simply satisfying that my soul wakes each morning with a smile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excited to have my first TempurPedic mattress, you can imagine my disappointment laying down for the first time on this overpriced bed-in-a-bag. Felt like laying on pavement. Customer rep suggested we give it time. Ok. Several months later, it's barely more comfortable than back then. I toss and turn all night and wake feeling back soreness. I'm not a heavy guy, for whatever that's worth. But I've yet to have a restful night's sleep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The mattress arrived in excellent condition, clean, and beautiful. My only complaint is that it seems a bit softer than Tempurpedic mattresses I've tried in the past. I wish I lived close enough to a store so I could have laid upon it before purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first sat on the Cloud when we set it up, I thought it might be too soft, but sleeping on it was quite different. My husband is very happy with the sleep he's getting..much better than our previous mattress from another company. I'm hoping I'll get used to it, as some nights I have to change positions from hip pain. We've had very warm nights, but the mattress isn't contributing to that. Delivery by UPS..that took a couple weeks longer than what we told, but set up was easy. We let it air out for a week because the chemical smell was strong! All in all, after just over a month of sleep on the Cloud, my husband is quite happy..I'm getting there
