My only complaint is its almost impossible not to damage the bed cutting away the packaging. It doesn't seem to hurt the integrity of the mattress, but it's still frustrating cutting the plastic off.

For lying on my back, I do wish I'd bought the power base to adjust my lumbar region as my back is a bit arched.
