I decided to return my Tempur-Cloud and instead get the Tempur-Adapt Soft. I'm a relatively small woman and found that the Medium felt very firm to me. For people over 150 or 175 pounds it's probably perfect!

After previously purchasing & enjoying a king size Tempur-Cloud Medium Hybrid, we made the mistake of buying a Tempur-Cloud Medium (non-Hybrid) for our other bedroom. The queen medium is no where near as comfortable as the Hybrid version. We're disappointed.

this one is firm, not medium as the Adapt in store. It is way too firm for me. I am returning it, cost $175 out of my pocket. be careful ordering this one, as you can never try it before purchasing.

Also at first it felt like it was bothering my lower back. I'm not a heavy person for an adult weighing around a hundred pounds. Maybe that's why it has seemingly taken longer to loosen up? If you ask me in another month my rating might be higher...
