I tend to like firmer bed but kinda think this is just a little too hard some days. I'm a back and side sleeper and sometimes waking up from side sleeping I feel my shoulder pain on the pressure point from laying on the bed too long. But idk maybe could be years of sleeping on bad bed but was hoping this new bed could correct/prevent those pain from coming back. Besides that, everything is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never slept so well night after night. The mattress is truly so incredibly comfortable. I have had the TEMPUR-Cloud Medium mattress for approximately 2, maybe 2 and a half, months now and it seems to become more comfortable as the mattress seems to "learn" my sleeping positions and the weight and size of my body. I also purchased two of the TEMPUR-Down pillows. I used to have a lot of shoulder and neck pain every day. Now, between the TEMPUR-Cloud Medium mattress and the TEMPUR-Down pillows, my pain is almost nonexistent, and I am becoming more and more confident it will go away all together as time goes on. Please know the first couple weeks I had the mattress, I wasn't sure I was going to keep it, but now I would not give it up. I am 59 years old and I have never slept on a mattress like this. Medical insurance should cover the cost of these mattresses and pillows as preventive care because they are honestly that good.
