Not compatible and Lenovo will not let us return

It is not compatible with the IdeaPad Flex 5 (14" Intel) that I purchased at the same time EVEN THOUGH it was recommended as a compatible accessory. We bought in July but did not try it out until September when my son was starting University. It would not connect and we were told by the Lenovo service team that it was not compatible. They would not let us return it because it was past the 30 days even though it was their error to recommend it on the website. Won't buy Lenovo products again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the piece that is on the side to attach the pen to my book broke off within a couple of weeks so now I have to be very careful not to loose it.

Not recommended, become too hot feels like it will either burn or popup, check compatibility with your laptop/tablet before you buy. In case you want to replace or get support it is not included in selection items so its really confusing. Not recommended at all
