Poor service at Lenovo purchase return and weblink

Verified Purchase:Yes
This pen was recommended by sales agent. I was not compatible and it was near impossible to realize this as there were no instructions and no link to a website, I searched for instructions and could not find any. Return to Lenovo was also very, very difficult. Could not get email with return label.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
