Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to cool too large an area with my old A/C. Moved up to this 12000BTU unit and am very happy.
Only wish is a more independent remote control. You need to be able to see the front if the unit to know what you are doing with the remote. Old people's eyesight makes that difficult.

We have actually been through two brand new window units in 5 years (made by the other major manufacturer with the two letter brand-name beginning with "G".

Beautiful and so cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this AC for my single wide trailer, we put it in our kitchen window so it’s kinda in the middle of the house .. and wow. My house is sooo cold! This thing is colder than any other AC I’ve ever had in my house that goes in the window. Plus, it is beautiful and sleek. I like the LED white that shows the temp. It has a beautiful remote. So easy to use and install. I am sooo excited with my purchase.
