Cool, cool and more cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is the right size per square footage, per the guidelines, but it really struggles to cool the room, even with the door closed. Considering a return.

Thanks for your feedback! We're sorry to hear this AC isn't cooling your room as efficiently as intended. If your room is poorly insulated or has multiple appliances like product heat (like a kitchen or office with multiple computers), you may need a larger model to compensate. Try adjusting the temperature, settings, fan speed, or air directional louvers for better results! Please ensure there is nothing in front of the AC like curtains or furniture that may be blocking airflow, and check that the filter does not need to be cleaned. My Frigidaire window AC

Thanks for your feedback! This model does have swing louvers to allow you to adjust the direction of the airflow. To do so, simply angle the vents in the desired direction using the tabs in the center. Further instructions are available on page 12 of your Owner's Manual! I hope this information helps improve your experience with this AC.

A really "cool" air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cool air conditioner, perfect fit for my cabin by the lake. I mounted it in the loft so I love the remote feature, which also has a LCD thermostat display. This unit also does the job.
