[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this unit today to replace one that was over 20 years old. It was very easy to setup and install in the window where the old A/C was. All of the controls work as does the remote. Once I turned it on and set the controls to cool the bedroom, it took it from 80 degrees to 70 in under an hour. Not bad.

Good quality AC for the price, not a fan of the remote or sleep mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC for my bedroom after doing some extensive research on all different types of ACs. This one a decent price, had an energy star rating, could be operated by remote, and was well reviewed by others online so I opted to buy it. It was very easy to install, and it does cool the room very quickly when placed on cool mode with the fan up on high. After using it for a couple of days, I am not the biggest fan of the remote - it’s clunky and ugly looking compared to how nice the AC looks, and I don’t like that the temperature on the remote doesn’t match the temperature that is set on the AC. Instead it reads the temperature of the room. It also does not glow in the dark, so trying to see the buttons at nighttime has proved challenging. I am also not a fan of the sleep mode - it brings your room temp up at least 4 degrees from your set temp overnight, which is too much for me. Both times I used sleep mode, I have woken up really hot and sweaty, which defeats the purpose of having an AC. I have began to use eco cool mode at night, and that works better for me.

Noisy - Hugh Pitched Brand New

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed to replace an older version of the same unit. The incessant high pitched sound is not bearable. Waiting until business hours to get in touch with customer service to hopefully send a technician and avoid uninstalling and returning this heavy delivery. Really disappointed as an avid Frigidaire buyer.
