[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an open box , which I never do .It look like it was near removed from box all original packing, but have to say worst air conditioner I have ever bought .I have bought a few air conditioners over the years and always choose this brand for price and quality . noisy ,Temperature seems off, called for a filter cleaning opened it filter was clean going to be calling for service

We regret to learn you have not been completely happy with your air conditioner. You can double-check the installation to ensure it is firmly secure to reduce the noise level. The check filter indicator is designed to highlight after 250 hours of use, not based on the actual cleanliness of the filter. Simply hold the Filter button for 3 seconds and it will reset.

COOL! But seems to have a lot of rattles and inconsistent noises. But great for a bedroom. Allows us to shut off the central air all night every night regardless how hot it is outside.

Easy install, super functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to install for two very unhandy people and does the job of keeping our bedroom cool. We love it so much we bought a second one for another bedroom. It is a bit noisy vs central air but easy to sleep through.
