Great AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great AC. I got this to replace my 14 year old ac that was extremely heavy but still worked. I got tired of dragging it up and down three floors at the beginning and end of ac season here in the northeast. I measured the room and got the correct btu. Easy to install and easy to use functions. Strong fan speed and cools room quickly. I love all the automatic electronic features it has. The only thing that is annoying is when on auto eco mode it constantly turns on and off during the night which disturbs my sleep. So I turn those features off. That’s the reason for 4 star rating instead of 5 star. Noise level same as all the new AC’s today which could be a little quieter but it does put me to sleep.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed at the indicator lights on the front panel. They are so small that they are not able to be seen unless a person is directly in front of the unit with the unit blowing in your face. It appears to me to be poorly engineered. The indicator showing the temperature is not bright enough to be seen across a relatively small room. It defeats the reason for a remote, if a user has to move within 6 to 8 feet to read the indicator. A 25K BTU Fridgidaire I previously is exactly the same. Poorly designed!!!

Excellent Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is great for a bedroom. It's relatively quiet (for an air conditioner) and cools off the room pretty quickly, even on low. Compared to other brands and similar units, the price was good.
