Used in 3 trips... Then it Broke!

I loved this luggage, until I didn't. Lol. We used it on 2 road trips and 1 flight. Went to use it for our last flight and realized the seam for the zipper came completely apart across the entire bottom of my carry on sized suitcase!!! Luckily our last trip using it before I realized it was broken was a road trip, so we didn't lose all of our belongings in the way home! I discovered the zipper when I packed my luggage for our most recent trip to Florida! I panicked out flight was that morning and it was too late to buy new luggage! I got stuck having to use my light pink luggage instead, which I don't like to use on flights because of risk of scratching and scuffing during the flight, and it my pink luggage did get ruined as I feared. :( Now, we leave for Jamaica in a month and I don't want to further ruin my pink luggage set, so I am stuck purchasing another one of these as to avoid having to repurchase an entire set again. This time I also ordered luggage straps, just in case the new one comes apart during the trip, so that I don't lose all of my belongings. :(

Zipper broke before 1st trip, front pocket a joke!

I bought my first "nice" suitcase from Samsonite about a month ago. Packing for my first trip tonight and the main zipper pull broke off! I'm not sure how I will get this remedied before my trip! And that front laptop pocket thing, well I am very disappointed in that. Not only does it eat into the space I have inside the suitcase, but it won't even hold a book or my kindle, so what exactly it holds I do not know (world's thinnest laptop, maybe). I put a few kleenex in there, which I need now that my zipper broke! Frustrating experience for my first Samsonite product. Do not recommend this model!

Case badly damaged after one use

I thought this was my dream suitcase but I was wrong. You can use either the front compartment or the interior compartment on the front side, but because they share the same space you cannot use both. It’s also not carryon compliant, I was asked to check it on my first trip on United. When I got it back there was a large gouge on the hard shell front from baggage handling, which is not covered by the warranty. I was definitely hoping it would last more than one trip. I’ll probably sand off the damaged plastic and only use it for road trips.

What AirTag?

From the web site. "Integrated AirTag is located subtly right behind the front compartment zipper divider" . This implies there is an airtag not just a holder. This is false advertising and decreases the value of the suitcase of which I bought 4. Other sites say holder or not included this says specifically an airbag is located as in included.

I love that this has a lock, but I wish it had a little more room in the interior. Also, the handle has a sticky rubbery top to it, which makes it really hard to put a cloth bag that will attach to it as a slip over it. It gets stuck on the sticky rubber. I wish it was more a shiny/slick rubber to allow you to easily put your other carry-on to your suitcase.
