[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the bag it have great compartments with additional divider and a special separate compartment allowing to have easy access and security. Giving the option to place laptop or private items separately while being hidden while in plain view… it’s very sturdy looks as if it could take and withstand abuse via handlers

Great bag but misleading name...

I really like this bag for what it is, and my fault for not researching every airline I may take BUT it is one inch too big all around for a lot of carry ons now. So the name is misleading having Carry On in the name, as I've had gate check my bag now twice for those airlines that are being meticulous right now. For the times it's able to pass, it does fit in the overhead bin. Otherwise, wheels are great and you have to know that with the front laptop pocket, it's going to take space from the inside. With that, this luggage would be PERFECT if it were one inch smaller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sturdy & Heavy but light on storage space

- Wheels are great - the handle is sturdy, so easy to maneuver
- The outside laptop storage is handy

Cons:
- The outside liner storage has like an steel bar as a protective casing that protrudes inside the bag. This actually takes up a lot of space and is quite inflexible. The outside laptop storage doesn't actually close very well if you have anything more than a flat screen/laptop (i.e if you put like your chargers or cables in there). For the amount of space it takes up inside the bag, it is not as functional as I had hoped it would be.
- Heavy; I didn't realize it at first, but it can get quite heavy, compared to some other carry on. That's my fault though. I should've known better.
