Had to return it because the inside, where the front pocket is located, was very small. you can probably just put wires and 1 or 2 shirts (flat) in it. The outer design is nice though.

Case badly damaged after one use

I thought this was my dream suitcase but I was wrong. You can use either the front compartment or the interior compartment on the front side, but because they share the same space you cannot use both. It’s also not carryon compliant, I was asked to check it on my first trip on United. When I got it back there was a large gouge on the hard shell front from baggage handling, which is not covered by the warranty. I was definitely hoping it would last more than one trip. I’ll probably sand off the damaged plastic and only use it for road trips.

Very heavy for a carryon. The added exterior compartment completely erodes half ignited interior space. I returned the product and am still awaiting the refund to be applied to my card.

I love the larger medium Elevation glider. This small carry on version cannot fit a small laptop and iPad in the outer pocket as you would expect.. And cannot fit a laptop charger and cable. If these essential items are in the laptop pocket area the bag bulges and does not close properly. The middle area is not designed to be easy to open while the bag is upright. A great carry on should be more accessible. Right idea, poor design

Barely any packable space and isn't tough

When people say there is barely any space... they are not exaggerating by any means. I believed it may be a little smaller, but nope. There is barely any packable space compared to another hard shell luggage I have that is almost identical in measurements.
The laptop space can only fit my very tiny MacBook, making this useless for work trips and it cannot fit both a laptop and tablet at the same time, if the bag is packed with clothes.
I also opened this luggage on the ground to take something out and it scratched the easy access portion insanely. Seriously, just opening it. Not dragged around on the ground, checked, nothing like that.
ONLY plus sides are the locking feature, airtag piece, the wheels, and the color.
