Zipper Broke on first flight

I bought this earlier this month for a trip to LA. On one trip it received a lot of scratches which doesnt bother me, but the zipper which goes into the lock was bent on its maiden voyage. So on the return flight home I had to use a lock I picked up to keep the luggage securely locked shut. The suitcase itself works great, but a hard plastic instead of metal zipper on the outside of the suitcase is a major flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in overall quality for the price

Recently purchased the large spinner in baby blue. The bag itself is beautiful, super roomy. The interior is nicely designed. However, for how much I paid for this suitcase, I would’ve expected much higher quality. After only one trip, my bag is completely covered in dents and scratches that I can’t rub out with cleaners. One of the tsa lock teeth also got completely bent on the literal first leg of my first trip using this bag….ridiculous. And the sad part is the flight was short, so the bag likely had minimal handling. For the price seems like very poor quality, I would personally not recommend this bag as I was very disappointed after first use.
