Bought pole saw early July. Used it twice with no problem. Pulled it out today and saw won't stay on....made sure battery fully charged.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Chain jumps off too often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally very happy with WORX products and have 5 of them, sharing batteries. I I I don’t have experience with other pole saws, but I found this rather cumbersome to work with and when the chain jumped (3 times) it was difficult, time consuming, and the instructions don’t tell you how to do it. Also the instructions don’t tell the dimensions of the sharpening tool one should use. 5/32?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am old. The pole saw is lightweight. I could use it with straining to lift. Cuts like a beaver.

I got this 2 weeks ago and was not able to touch it til this week. I trimmed the heck out of my trees and it worked wonderful. Exactly what I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good pole saw with one caveat, which I will get to next. But first, it is easy to assemble, easy to use, and powerful enough for most yard applications. Oil does leak a bit, which is annoying, but I can live with that. The big caveat is balance. It is not easy holding this up and running it. I can just manage to do it with some careful positioning, but many people will not be able to operate it, and that is a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!
