Great tool

I bought this tool a month ago and unfortunately had to return it. After first use the chain came loose and I couldn't tighten it. Otherwise seemed like a great product. Sorry about the inconvenience. All my other Worx tools are great and I love them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I needed this, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This uses the same battery as my other Worx tools, so it was a no brainer. If the battery dies, not a problem I have 2 more to get the job done, plus I always keep them charged. No cords needed so I can just go get the work done.

Have only been able to use it a few times die to the weather but I have liked it so far. Heavier than expected but usable. I can't give out any 5 stars just because I haven't used it enough.
