Pole Saw 20 v Battery Power Auto Tension

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kind of doubting this Pole saw would do the jog of cutting the 8 Inch limbs with out bogging down boys was I fooled it was Awesome cut limbs with know problem I am well pleased with it and I also have the 20 v powered weed eater works awesome also will be getting a Drill diver in the next month you won’t go wrong with Worx power tools get your today

Cut One limb

It literally cut one limb, then quit. A die hard Worx customer. This one missed the mark.

Adjustable chainsaw angles

Received this today(2-1-22 ) primarily bought this model because of the head /chainsaw adjustability, used it today and with the angle adjustment and it wouldn’t cut without either kicking back or just binding up and stopping. The chainsaw head also has a slight wobble to it before it’s even turned on? Don’t know if this has anything to do with the issue? Had I known or read any reviews on this issue I wouldn’t have bought this . I purchased it because I have other worx products & xtra batteries, this unit is a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Great Tool

This is a handy tool to have around the home for cutting branches that are up high. It is easy to use and has plenty of power from the battery pack.

Worth the investment

We have a Fiskar manual pole saw which can be a struggle. This Worx power pole saw is so much easier. Within the brief first use of trimming the saw paid for itself. Hiring tree trimming persons is very pricey. For me (I’m a 74 year old woman) the pole is a little hefty, but what it does is wonderful! Very glad we purchased it!
