Bummed... I was so excited until...

At first I thought the blower was good but it's not strong enough to push leafs. When it does blow leafs it blasts them so they fly everywhere. The blower is a 1 out of 5. The vacuum and mulcher both get a 4. Doesn't mulch as good as shown on TV, but well enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible design compared to previous models

I own two of the older models and have used them for five years and lived them.
This thing seems designed for failure. You have to take have the leaf bag on for it to operate.
I usually just mulch the leaves directly back onto the yard. Not with this thing.
The front nozzle is almost impossible to take back off. Many more disappointments, but the biggest one is it quit working completely after only an hour.
Back it goes.

I received this as a gift. I had mentioned I wanted one if it ever came out with a battery. I hate electric cords. Cord aside, it vacuums very well. It really shortened my yard clean up time. I did get quite dusty, but no grit in my eyes and no leaves and edging debris on the grass.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blower has good power. and I like the adjustable power button. But the best part is the vacuum. able to get those hard corners in around trees and fences. Bag attachment is okay for small jobs but the hose attachment with the can cover may need work to make it tighter, blows dust around where it is attached to the can. It does make it easier though for the yard and I don't have to chase the leaves around . Just what I was looking for. Easy to switch back and forth from blower to leaf vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!
