Works exactly as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old blower quit in the middle of leaf season. So, I was faced with picking up a replacement at the local home store or ordering WORX on-line. I needed right away so order response time was most important. Customer service was helpful in relating lead-time. I received new blower in 3 days. Packaging was great, double boxed. The blower/vacuum itself works great! Very easy to switch between blow/vac. Mulch hood fits over 96 gallon roll-out bin. Mulch significantly reduced leaf volume as advertised. Only slight negative is large opening reduces the air force when blowing, so not quite as powerful as other designs. Overall, would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, where do I start with us? This by far is one of the best products that I’ve ever used. I bought it really to use as a leaf blower but have been so impressed with its functionality thus far. I want to vacuuming up a rather large yard full of leaves and it was all self-contained into the bag system. Because the yard was so large I had to dump the bag several times but it mulched up so beautifully that I was able to re-purpose that mulch in another part of the yard. I was super impressed. It has a nice long strap and extremely easy to wear and was more comfortable than I anticipated.
As far as the blower is concerned. It has a nice little flip feature on the back that converts it from the mulching portion of the machine to blowing therefore you can blow leaves say into your wooded area of your yard. Or, wherever you may need to do so. It’s powerful, it’s not as loud as the “S” brand that I was loyal to you before I found this company. I’ve been incredibly impressed that’s far and will definitely be buying additional pieces as they need and or want arises.
This is a wonderfully affordable and easy to use product. If you’re thinking about buying it, stop hesitating, buy it! You won’t regret it!

I should of bought this a long time ago. Saves lots of time and it has a strong motor. The vacuum works great. I think the price was more than fair.

Great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this for the first time this weekend. It has a strong suction. It was able to pick up a large amount of leaves including damp leaves and very small sticks. Happy with the performance of the mulching .
