Works great. Lots of dust though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fall is here, and I have a large yard. Raking has always been a chore. But this tool is amazing! Sucks everything up and it turns it to dust! Perfect for mulching!

Love, love, love this muncher!

I bought a new house this year that has several large, mature trees. I didn’t want to be “that” neighbor that didn’t clean up their leaves. Without being able to burn leaves, I had to rake and bag them. I chose to get the Trivac 3-in1 blower/mulcher and it was the best decision I’ve made! Using the blower feature I can blow them all into a big pile, flip it around and use the mulching feature. Unzipped the bag and it dumps right into the large paper bags. Very easy! I highly recommend!

Love the 3-in-1

Love being able to blow the leaves and the vacuum them up. No more having to rake the leaves. We have 3 large red oak trees and 3 large crape myrtles so we get lots of leaves. Very powerful too for electric.

Super Powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my blower/vacuum for the first time this week. The blower has great power and can move a very large pile of leaves. I'm not as impressed with the vacuum. Although it does mulch the leaves to a very fine state, it is a very dusty and dirty job. I have a lawn with 11 oak trees that drop as many twigs as leaves. I can easily blow large piles of the leaves, but stop at that. The mulcher might work well with maple, ash, or other type leaves without twigs.

Wish I’d bought one sooner!

I HATE raking leaves. It’s tedious, time consuming, and shears leaves me with a stiff back. I used my new TRIVAC today and filled four paper compost bags in an hour. That would have been about 10-12 bags if I’d just raked. One compost bag will hold about 3-4 of the collection bags worth of leaf mulch. The vacuum is powerful, allowing me to get leaves behind downspouts, around low branches of evergreen trees, and in other areas I’d normally have to dig leaves out of by hand because the rake won’t fit. Leaves are chopped pretty fine. It’s definitely more fun to use than a rake! It does blow a lot of leaf dust everywhere (I was filthy afterwards and so was my car), so I have to wear a mask, and I wish it was cordless, which is why I’m giving it just four stars. Also, I had to empty the bag pretty often. I haven’t tried using it with a compost bin yet, though. Overall, it seems to be a great product.
