Easy to install and connect to Wifi. Able to connect to existing door bell, but did have some trouble with wiring. Instructions on wiring could have been clearer, but was able to figure it out.
You were nice enough to replace one that quit working ans it worked about 2 weeks. And now that one doesn't work, I'm not going to bother replacement again.

Very pleased with the camera now that it's installed and functioning. There was an issue with reading the QC code. I had to upgrade the house's doorbell transformer. So installing took longer than anticipated. But if the unit proves to be durable and trouble-free, I will recommend it to others.

For some reason, it only announces I’m echo dots when it wants to, but I can make it ring on my other camera that’s in the front room. i’m not using the doorbell charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!
