Hi there! Wyze Video Doorbell v1 with Wyze Chime v2 does not work with the new doorbell.
Wyze Video Doorbell v2 works with your existing chime using a chime controller. Because the original Wyze Video Doorbell bypasses your existing chime, it needs a Wyze Chime to ring.

I like the video picture quality. I am disappointed the two chimes I have from my old doorbell V1 will not work. My work around was to interface Alexa to announce when the button in pushed. Still want to use my original chimes.

I love the 2k pictures and the wide angle view, I still have not gotten my inside bell to work. I also like the way an announcement is made on Alexa, that someone is at the front door, when the bell is rung.
