great camera for the price! it replaced the previous version which was constantly freezing. the new version is doing better, nice upgrade on the quality of the video; however not impressed with the night version of it. I paid for subscription to save my recordings. it kept telling me to paid. I requested help and no one reach out to me. I ended up resetting installation. that fixed the problem.

I could never get the indoor door bell to work and I hooked it up by following the directions but it's still a very good product video is clear and I get notifications to my phone any time someone or something comes close to my door.

I can’t see any dropped packages, or feet. The aspect ratio should be more square. Wide shot during the day is good, but the Wyze 2.5 v4 cameras are much nicer and less expensive. The camera is 2k, not 2.5 k, and not 4K. Resolution should be better. The chime controller doesn’t work at all, but the doorbell itself can operate the mechanical chime. I don’t know what’s up with that. The chime controller asked me to strip wiring on the doorbells chime, which was not very nice when I had to remove the chime controller and put the box back the way it was. The doorbell doesn’t alert my phone when the button is pressed. Maybe it isn’t supposed to, but that would be very handy. It does record motion and sound, although the night vision doesn’t include an IR light and the 2k resolution cannot see animals or people more than 10 feet away at night. Good price and it looks good. I wonder how this will hold up in the sun. It is already slightly warped out the box.

The installation was easy. It works well. Only problem - the bell only works on a Wyze camera - not on the existing door bell (advertised as not needing a chime - like my last one) - shocked when chime came from camera in room - what if I didn’t have a Wyze camera??!!
