Have had these for a couple weeks now. Installation was simple enough. I had to reach out to tech support for instructions on installing 2 video doorbells/2 chimes. Tech support was great and answered my questions. Unfortunately, my chime transformer needs to be upgraded in order for the chimes to work. I'm just not sure where the transformer is located, so that will have to wait. The video is great though, with super clear quality picture.... Even the night vision works great. Great deal on these.

The doorbell works fine and is a good deal for the price. My only comment is there were no instructions for inserting the memory card which I purchased with the doorbell. I only figured out where to add it by looking at the promotional video. I suggest an addition to the installation instructions showing how to insert the memory card.

One star because it was advertised to work with all boorbell units. Not the case. The chime didn't work; required a different door chime unit. Wyze support was lacking. The camera was nice, but the chime wasn't loud enough. Reinstalled v1 doorbell cam.

The Wyze Video Doorbell v2 is a great value. It's compact and it provides excellent video quality. It was super easy to install and was set-up in just a few minutes. I love the color video even at night and it's detection capability is fantastic. I purchased the SD card so I have continuous recording but also have bundled with CamPlus. The camera easily integrates with Alexa so now my doorbell is my Alexa which is networked on all devices so I can hear the alerts when someone is approaching the front door. The only disconnect was that I was unable to connect the my existing door chime in the house. I was unable to connect with and without the adapter. That's why I was so glad it integrated with my Alexa. The doorbell is sleek in appearance, functional and a great bargain at its price point.
