Fantastic. I replaced my old no-name doorbell camera with this one. It is superb and easy to install. Uses my existing doorbell, and offers great video quality plus constant recording to MicroSD. This is my favorite of all my Wyze cameras.

Wyze finally introduced a doorbell that could use existing house chimes and wiring. This is a big win for the product line and was the reason I hadn't bought one of the doorbells until now.
The app and firmware, however, still need work. From the start this just seemed a little buggy. Settings to change notifications in the app didn't always take affect until a restart. Also, the camera will sometimes stop alerting on anything. I resorted to a common workaround for Wyze products. I setup a schedule to periodically restart the camera. This seems to help, but it's hard to be sure without a side-by-side comparison. I hope future firmware and app updates make this experience better.
The image quality from the doorbell seems to be not be as good as the image quality from my V3 cameras. It might be optimized for video of people close to the door though, so it is possible it is by design. It just seems a bit soft in comparison to the other cameras.
There are not as many mounting options for a doorbell camera compared to a regular camera. As such doorbell cameras can be more susceptible to issues with stray light. This one pretty had to go exactly where the old doorbell was in order to cover the hole in the door frame. That puts it right under a porch light. I believe this would be the norm for most installations. I have created a temporary light shroud with a piece of folded over electrical tape. The glare was terrible without it. I'm hoping either Wyze, or some 3rd party, will create a wrap around silicone cover with a little overhang around the top to prevent glare. These exist for other popular cameras.
Overall this camera has a lot of potential. The issues I've had will likely improve with updates and the porch light glare issue is going to exist with doorbells from other brands. Right now, however, I'm going to hold off buying a second one for the other door.

Door bell controller didn’t work with my doorbell ringer. Wyze needs to work on this since this comment appears frequently. Also, adding a straight spacer similar to the included angle spacer would have made the install far simpler. Most doorbell buttons don’t need space behind the button. The Wyze video doorbell quite a bit of room to get the wiring in place.

I only give it a 3 star rating because I am unable to connect it to my indoor chime from the previous doorbell. Not sure how I am going to connect it to my chime bell. Other than that, I am well please with the qualify of the camera.
