Camera good but wish services like they used to be

Doorbell camera is great but no longer supports plugin chime. Didn't know that when I bought it. Also not happy that I have to pay for video recording. The whole reason I started using Wyze cameras when they first started was because the service was free. Having to pay now to get any kind of video completely destroys what Wyze had going for it.
I bought this because it would ring the mechanical bell in the house. Not all makers do. It took a little hunting to set it up, but it works great and the night vision is quite good.
Notifications are great. Clarity is great. Installation is easy. I knocked off 1 star because sometimes I'll get a notification that someone is at the door, but the doorbell in the house does not ring.
Would not stay connect. Tried all troubleshooting directions. It only worked for about 60 seconds after install. Would not recorded events or show live feed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great product that easily lets me see who is at my door. I like how it records 24/7 instead of just motion clips like its competitors do. Product is easy to use and to add to my existing camera groups. The camera does turn off occasionally but I believe it may be a problem on my end with the wiring.
Awesome image quality but the screw the lock it in place does not work on mine overall a good product we love wyze labs as well have 9 devices now and will continue to buy there product in the future
The video function works OK, but it did not activate the indoor chime when pushing the doorbell.
