Hi there, we are sorry to hear your doorbell has run into some connectivity trouble! We would recommend power cycling the doorbell by flipping the breaker power the doorbell to its “Off” position, waiting 10 full seconds, then flipping the breaker switch back to the “On” position. For further troubleshooting steps, please take a look at this article:

I like it very much with two exceptions : 1) The audio is not very good. When speaking to a person at the door, the audio is very low volume and I cannot find any adjustment for it, and when the person speaking to the doorbell, their voice is very muddled and difficult to understand. 2) I cannot change the camera view to a "normal" view as opposed to a "wide angle" view. Installation went well and not too difficult. Overall I would give it a 7/10.
Doorbell is better than the nest doorbell except for audio. I'm not sure what is going on with wyze products lately, but their audio sucks. On all of my first gen products the audio was great. On my new products, I can't hear anything even when my phone or tablets volume is all the way up. I needed to get a new transformer to get the doorbell to ring in my house. I cannot go through playback on my SD cards, the camera lags out and the app then crashes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I called support and they tried to help me but they could not get it to work with the video doorbell, my original chime in the house. I called a friend and he came and we were able to get it to work by disconnecting the video doorbell accessory that came with the doorbell that is supposed to hook to the chime. I don't know if this is properly hooked up but it does work. Support was unable to help me. I wish they had a separate chime that worked with the V2 doorbell but they do not, only with the older versions I don't know why. I also owned many Wyze devices and I have to say that I'm very happy with those devices.
We upgraded from the Nest Doorbell Camera to the Wyze Doorbell. Currently everything is working better for us. We have the SD card so the playback is great. The only problem is the alerts, we are currently adjusting them
