I’ve had about four other video doorbells and this by far has been the best one. The visual quality the alerts. how wide of a view you get easy to access by far one of the easiest set ups and best doorbell cameras I’ve had so far
Why isn’t this compatible with the V1 chime? I literally removed my old broken chime with the V1 doorbell, and V2 requires a hardwired chime?? So now i need to wire up a new chime?
Worst software update always fails - can’t use your system at all update just pops up. Save yourself money and buy a Ring camera.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very clear picture and love the night vision clarity. Have had challenges with the alerts options, when selecting “AI” options for alerts specific to people, vehicles, pets, etc, I do not get any alerts. I can only seem to get alerts when I select all motion/noise, which leads to alerts with every bird chirp and branch blowing.
