I bought the doorbell camera to replace the V1 model for the better resolution and night vision, but the camera isn't secure. The SDram is easily accessible which is minor compared to the ease with which the whole doorbell can be removed. There isn't even a locking screw holding the doorbell camera to the wall mount.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't increase volume of doorbell chime. when I go to settings, Accessories there is no Tunes to adjust volume.

I needed an explanation of how to program each camera and the doorbell .i found some information on the internet but i would rather have a paper copy included. I realize i am older but this was very confusing for me. I will have to ask someone to help. 1st we had to mount it horizontally which throws everything for a loop. The video does not always show people coming up to my house. It shows them leaving, however. What does the hand sign mean? Anyway I still have many questions.
