This is a great product that easily lets me see who is at my door. I like how it records 24/7 instead of just motion clips like its competitors do. Product is easy to use and to add to my existing camera groups. The camera does turn off occasionally but I believe it may be a problem on my end with the wiring.
Would not stay connect. Tried all troubleshooting directions. It only worked for about 60 seconds after install. Would not recorded events or show live feed.

Notifications are great. Clarity is great. Installation is easy. I knocked off 1 star because sometimes I'll get a notification that someone is at the door, but the doorbell in the house does not ring.
I bought this because it would ring the mechanical bell in the house. Not all makers do. It took a little hunting to set it up, but it works great and the night vision is quite good.
Camera good but wish services like they used to be

Doorbell camera is great but no longer supports plugin chime. Didn't know that when I bought it. Also not happy that I have to pay for video recording. The whole reason I started using Wyze cameras when they first started was because the service was free. Having to pay now to get any kind of video completely destroys what Wyze had going for it.
Install was a bit difficult(you install the doorbell + you have to install a unit at your chime) and didn't initially work. Required searching support for "alternative wiring methods" to get the indoor chime to work as my house is older. Camera does have a nice wide angle and decent quality. However, I can't believe there's not an option to notify your phone when the doorbell is pressed. You can have it notify based on all the typical Wyze events(Person, Pets, Noise, Etc), but no specific notification event for "Doorbell pressed". Seems like a major oversight that hopefully can be corrected in a future update?
