Camera worked well, however it would not ring the door chime no matter which wiring set up was done. Since the claim is that it actually works with your doorbell chime, and it doesn’t, it’s a 2 star rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! Wyze video Doorbell Pro comes with one Wyze Chime Pro that is pre-paired. You cannot purchase individual chime devices and the doorbell does not pair with more than one chime at a time. I love it but i have some problems with cam plus some days it sends me notifications and others it doesn't so i have to restart it to be able to get person alerts again.
Not all motions and person are being captured/ recorded by the camera. Also, the notification is delayed... by the time I opened the door the person is gone!
Too many issues to be useful. Goes off constantly.

Followed instructions to install doorbell and device connected to my original doorbell. No issues. Turned power on and device setup and connected through the app with no issues. I can not get my original doorbell to chime when button is pushed. Only get notification on app if someone presses button. I turned down motion and sound sensitivity to its lowest settings, but this thing still goes off several times an hour for no reason. I shut off notifications on the app to combat this, but now I dont get notifications even if doorbell is pushed. More of a problem since my doorbell chime stopped working.

Hello there! If your Wyze Video Doorbell is displaying as Offline but the Live Stream is still working we would recommend power cycling the doorbell. To power cycle, your Wyze Wired Doorbell, flip the breaker, power the Doorbell to its “Off” position, wait 10 full seconds, then flip the breaker switch back to the “On” position. I only give it a 3 star rating because I am unable to connect it to my indoor chime from the previous doorbell. Not sure how I am going to connect it to my chime bell. Other than that, I am well please with the qualify of the camera.
