Overall I do like the style and features of this doorbell. However, there are certain features that were marketed that I cannot get to work. The first is google integration. Wyze cameras do not appear on my Google home no matter what I try. I also cannot get doorbell announcements from my google devices. Other than the somewhat difficult process of mounting it to the wall plate, everything else okay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thought this camera had color night resolution, but i am not seeing that. Also, it doesn’t seem that there is a way to control the notifications. This is a rental property that we dont need to be notified every time someone walks by our condo door. This is a new device so i maybe will learn more about these issues and be able to resolve them.

Easy to install, but very difficult to connect existing door chime. I'm still working on that. The camera is very nice and the picture is sharp.

Wyze Doorbell V2 with CAM Plus missed event

I'm a bit disappointed in Wyze. I pay for the Wyze Services subscriptions for Cam Plus. Thieves were checking door handles and for some reason my Doorbell didn't record the event to CAM Plus. I've noticed some of my other CAMs don't get all events recorded on CAM Plus so I installed an SD card and have the Doorbell continuously recording. Hopefully I will get a good picture of the guy next time.

Tough to say at this point. I have had issues with the previous version overheating in the summer, so I will be interested to see how that works. Also, only one chime controller is tough. I have multiple boxes in my house and need more than just one to fit my needs. Additional support needs to be addressed.
