I bought this to replace my 6-year old Ring Doorbell Pro V1 and overall, it was a great purchase. The doorbell itself is well-designed and is very gorgeous in Black. The install instructions were decent but could use more finessing and massaging. I had no problem with the install and the video quality, response time and the overall package surpassed my expectations especially when paired with Cam Plus. Highly recommended and I'd definitely buy again!

I like the additional view and a slightly better camera. I do not like how you can't use the chime accessory like the V1. It uses your normal doorbell. I like the option to have multiple chimes in the chime accessory.
