Great doorbell but doesn’t work with the Wyze Chime so upgrading from V1 was difficult. Also makes no sense- why make a chime that doesn’t work with your other doorbells.
This Wyze V2 camera replaced a Ring doorbell camera. The video quality and night visibility of the V2 is phenomenal! Hands down the best doorbell camera on the market. Price point is perfect! If you’re looking for a great doorbell camera, look no further!
Doesn't work with Wyze chime, which was obvious based on the product description. The chime controller doesn't work with existing chim likely due to insufficient transformer. Would have been nice to know before purchasing.
Not easy set up. Wireing instructions wrong. You most likely will have to buy a new transformer and install it to get your ringer to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mine does not work with Alexa. Camera will not display on Show 8 or both of my Show 5's. Even the Alexa app states live view not available on Alexa app. I have 4 older cameras that work fine. My floodlight camera does not connect to Alexa either. When i try to launch camera from Alexa, it says tell your robot vacuum to start or stop. I dont have a vacuum. Alexa intergration was the main reason why i stuck with Wyze, but my 2 newer cameras just wont connect. As far as the cameras themselves, they work just fine in the Wyze app.
