Just yesterday the lock completely stopped working. It was unresponsive until I tried my phone and a USB-C cable to power it on. It was like it needed a jump start. There was no power to the unit until I jumped it. After that it worked fine. The original batteries report 96% Battery Level, and are once again powering the device normally. Very strange issue.

I've had absolutely no problem with this lock (especially after switching from the Kwikset Kevo which gave us nothing but problems). It's great to be able to use the biometric sensor as well as selecting your own code and allowing/disallowing the code. Also another huge benefit is that you can assign people their own code so that you know who is coming/going in the history on the lock (great for cleaners or pet sitters that need to come over and you'd like to know when they got there and when they left). Overall we've been very happy with the Wyze Lock Bolt. Setup was flawless and using it inside the regular Wyze app is convenient.
