Easy to install and use. The finger ID works well just like the iPhone and is very convenient. I like the fact that no physical keys are needed and you can rely on your finger or passcode.

Just yesterday the lock completely stopped working. It was unresponsive until I tried my phone and a USB-C cable to power it on. It was like it needed a jump start. There was no power to the unit until I jumped it. After that it worked fine. The original batteries report 96% Battery Level, and are once again powering the device normally. Very strange issue.

It works exceptionally well. I really love the biometric reader, and it is a nice peace of mind not having a keyhole to be picked and broken into.
However, something that is very frustrating about this device is that you can't connect to it remotely. Even being on the WiFi network in the house isn't enough, you have to be within range of the device. Also, it provides no notifications. Yes, I can use the Wyze sensor to get a notification when my front door opens, but this should be a basic function.
Combine the connectivity features of the Wyze Lock with the reliability of this one and I think you'd have the perfect lock product
