Fingerprint doesn’t work most of the time. Thankfully i didn’t use it for my main door or else i would be locked out of my house several times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good product...love the auto lock timed feature and the ease to install...its a bit annoying sometimes when the finger print sensor doesnt recognize..I had to store my own fingerprint 3 times of different fingers so I can have it open when it gets finicky..but overall I love it and for the price its a big win !!

Very impressed with the design thinking behind this product. I feel more comfortable from a security perspective with the Wyze Lock Bolt only accessible via Bluetooth instead of WiFi. Simple to install, design looks good. Love the functionality. I can set it to auto-lock after a certain time period (5 minutes) which ensure the door is always locked at bedtime, no need to check it. When in Bluetooth range, the app allows for personalized setup for fingerprint and PIN code access by person, and then I can receive alerts and track who is coming in when. The fingerprint sensor is great, no need to carry keys or a phone for gaining access to the house when going for a walk.
The only issue I have noted so far is very minor, and that is if the door is left open past the auto-lock timeout, the bolt will extend when the door is open, so something I need to be conscious of if that is the case to prevent trying to close the door with the bolt extended and possibly damaging door trim. Not sure how the lock could tell if the door is open or not, so this is not a big concern and of course this feature can be turned off if really an issue.
Does not integrate with WiFi or voice assistants, but for this particular use case related to security, this is actually a pro and not a con.
All in all, very happy with the price for what this lock delivers and so far has been very reliable.
