Pretty good. Fairly easy to install, works pretty good, one complaint is when it rains it beeps constantly, I guess it is water hitting the finger print sensor and falsely detecting a finger, hope they fix this with an update at some point.

Great product at a great price. I’m still a bit nervous about having a lock with no physical key, as it’s our only entrance into the house. The instructions could be a little more complete, such as talking about the use of the USB port for an emergency charge.

Guys, stick a camera in this thing!! Why would anyone use a door bell camera if there was a camera in this lock.

This lock is good quality construction and easy to install. My only wish is that using the automatic lock option and you input a schedule, it does not automatically lock the door if it is unlocked at the start time. It only locks it back after it is manually locked once. It should see if the lock is open at that time and auto-lock. Other than this one flaw I really like the lock and the fingerprint unlock works great.

It was not clear to me when purchasing this lock. That it was not a connected device. That turned out to be a nonissue in the long run. I like the phone unlock feature as well as the key pad unlock feature. They work great. The fingerprint rarely works to unlock the lock. And when you are in a hurry hitting the thumbprint reader too many times will cause it to have a brain fart.
