Not as great as other Wyze products

The lock seems to have trouble remembering fingerprints. Also, I didn't realize that it connected via Bluetooth rather Wi-Fi (my baf).

This is a great product. Easy to set-up and use. Using your finger print as a key is amazing. I wish it had the other functionalities as the other lock like Auto Unlock. Over all I love it.

Very responsive to fingerprint. Best smart lock I've had of five different brands.
Only request is remote ability to lock and check status, or change codes. Can't wait for that feature, but I know Wyze is a top flight company and they'll continue to improve!

So far so good.
It would be better if the mechanical is strengthen further. The main bolts are significant smaller than the original deadbolt’s. Also Bluetooth sync takes awhile. Understand the power consumption constraint but perhaps you can leverage NFC and offer that as another way to unlock (via a phone).

While it’s much more appealing in looks, this one lacks the luster of features you get with the other door lock. The finger print feature works infrequently. You do not have the bluetooth ability to control it remotely and sometimes you have to press the code in several times before it unlocks the door but you get what you pay for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
