I have two other brands of biometric locks and this is by far my favorite. The deadbolt biometric response is quick and smooth. My only knock on this is not the lock itself, but the app's lag when checking the event history. Wonderful lock!

Overall, I love the lock. But I really wish it had the ability to lock/unlock remotely via the app, and to set up new users from anywhere, vs having to be in Bluetooth range.
