Very Disappointing

Won’t connect to Alexa , which is one of the main reasons we got it. Connection to phone (to lock and unlock using app is often very slow, taking 15-20 seconds despite having excellent internet signal strength. The “smart” in this smart lock is altogether disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than the old one. We had to load in multiple fingerprints for each user, just to get it to recognize consistently. But now it works flawless (and fast!). It looks nice too.

Better than the expensive Kwikset I had. Removed one that was integrated with my alarm system and replaced it with this one. It's faster, sleeker, and easier to use. Only drawback is no wi-fi connection, so I can't lock and unlock from afar.

No Wi-Fi but so what

It is not Wi-Fi connected. Even so, it works great for two of our entry points. Finger print works flawlessly. Only an issue when fingers are wet on a rainy day. But the keypad is great. It’s been two months and battery life looks great. It does connect via blue tooth. Sometimes that can take a minute to connect. But always does and lets me adjust settings etc easily in the app.
