I never realized how much I would enjoy having a smart lock! Getting into my house with the touch of a finger is a game changer. The installation couldn't have been easier. I watched the instructional video a couple of times and had the lock installed in about 20 minutes. I thought about getting a smart lock in the past, but hesitated because I was afraid of someone getting access to my account and remotely unlocking my door. But this device completely negates that since it is not connected to the internet. It just fits my needs perfectly all around. I highly recommend it and am looking forward to putting one on my garage door.

The lock is pretty nice and easy to install. Had a small snag during setup, but that was fairly easy to overcome. I had the August lock; I do miss the notifications while not at home. But, the fingerprint feature is fantastic. So far the lock has been great.

I was excited to get this lock, but ultimately it's just okay. Often loses connection to the app and is loud when it locks. Also keeps beeping even though it's supposed to be in silent mode, and yes, I have tried restarting it and unpairing and making sure everything is up to date. Would be better if it wasn't so glitchy. Looks-wise, it's a very nice and sturdy feeling product. So far, keeps locked when it's supposed to be, no accidental unlocks or anything like that.

I love the fact you can create one time use entry codes right in the app - wifi isn't needed! I like minimizing the amount of devices connected to my Wifi. As far as BT smart locks go, this is the best. The only reason someone needs wifi is to monitor who comes and goes remotely or create codes on the fly remotely as is often the case when managing an Airbnb. I need neither so I love this lock

If you are looking for a lock that is Wi-Fi capable when not at home you should look at the other Wyze lock. For what this lock is advertised for it works perfectly. Install was straight forward and easy. I plan on purchasing another to place on my shed door.
