Really needed some way of letting folks in and out of my house. Always losing the keys! So, I ordered this. It's a quality product. I installed it in about 20 minutes (I had to fix a par strike plate from the previous lock. Very happy. One note of caution. If you set the auto-lock too short (we started at 15 secs) if the kids leave the door open for a moment and then slam it (what else?) the protruding bolt hits the door frame. I just made the auto-lock period longer and it's fine now.

The Wyze Lock Bolt works well. Installation was simple to replace existing dead bolt. Set-up was not difficult and the phone recognized it right away. Not being tech savy with my phone, I was still able to set up the device.

I submitted a ticket and no one has gotten back to me. I can not unlock the door when away from the door through the app, which is why I bought the lock to begin with. Other than that the lock works well.

I love the convenience of having a pin pad and fingerprint scanner. The only thing is that it doesn’t read my fingerprint well because my hands get dry from cleaning a lot.

Works great except remote lock status unknown, I have the doorbell so I can unlock but can’t tell if the door has locked remotely. I have auto lock enabled but is it really that hard to show a lock status in the app when you are away from home?
