Can't calibrate it

I bought this lock because of the name and quality of all my other WYZE products. I am sorry to have to give a not so pleasant review, But this one has a problem. I can't get it to calibrate for the opening and closing settings and can't get the fingerprint to work right. It takes the print, but then doesn't unlock the door me. I have submitted two logs but haven't gotten a response.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the lock ovsr all the only things i dont like is the fact that its not on my wifi where i could unlock it from anywhere and i kind of wish it had a key to use if something went worng with it

What a fantastic addition to my Wyze system. I love that I don't have any keys to give out and people who don't have a key are given a key code. Love that I know who exactly locks and unlocks the door. It is worth every penny.... One downfall, no WiFi.

Its a beautiful lock but I don't like as the finger print does not work all the time and also there is no keys just incase the battery dies
