Its a beautiful lock but I don't like as the finger print does not work all the time and also there is no keys just incase the battery dies

Bluetooth issues

I want to like this door lock, but I am frustrated with the product. Since installation, I've had to power cycle the lock multiple times to connect my phone via Bluetooth. I use the app to lock the door, but most of the time, I'm waiting for the app to communicate without success. However, I like the style of the lock and it continues to work when the app is malfunctioning. The fingerprint reader doesn't work properly if you don't correctly place your finger. My daughter always uses her code because her fingers give her errors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please ensure the auto-lock setting within the Wyze app is enabled and that disable during hours is not set to the time that Wyze Lock Bolt is set to auto-lock. So far, no complaints.It installs very similarly to a normal deadbolt. The only issue with the fingerprint reader that I have come across so far is when it's wet and that's normal. Just wipe it off

Never stays connected. 25' and three walls from the router and 7 times out of 10 all I ever get is a spinning "connecting" wheel on the app. Useless. Most disappointing Wyze product I've ever bought.

Code usage more reliable than fingerprint

Nice looking works well but fingerprints worked once redid fingerprints and same thing happened. Set a 4 digit code up as you’ll need to use code to enter. It is cold outside, I live in Vermont and that could be a factor so until the warmer weather comes I’ll be using the code. Also found app site not totally user friendly. Once you’ve navigated the app you can set temporary codes for others to enter or for specific days of the week and times.
