Great technology for the price. Install took about 10-minutes. It could have went faster if I followed directions. Definitely recommend. It comes with batteries and you just need to install the Wyze app and make an account, if you have not already.

We bought this to replace the deadbolt on the back door. The deadbolt requires a key to lock and unlock. Now we don’t have to carry a key to access the door. Key code and finger prints work well!

Great product. Finger print scanner works best if you initially scan in finger prints in the same way you plan to scan on a daily basis (angle of approach). Closest color match I could get for the handset was bronze. Would've been nice if the door latch plate was black too, instead of stainless steel.

It's a great lock but the use of plastic for the body and not metal was not a good idea. Also, the lack of connection to wifi, only using blue tooth, seems really dumb in this day and age. Can not lock or unlock at a distance. Yet, it is a very good value for the cost.
